There is minimal walking, however on uneven terrain, and to visit the rivers you will need to navigate boulders and rocks. Please contact us in advance if you have any limitations so we can ensure we can provide you with the best service.

Keep in mind though, if it is a hot weekend, Panamanian locals flock to these watering holes too. So weekends can be a bit more crowded. Choose a week day if you can.
