One Week Cross-Country FAQ’s

Q: Is the guide with us the entire journey?
A: You can opt to participate in guided activities all day; however the evenings are yours to enjoy with your friends or family.

Q: What types of accommodations are included?
A: The prices include 3 star or greater accommodations and are based on our personal recommendation as well as availability. If you have special requests we are happy to accommodate you however this would require an adjustment to the final balance paid.

Q: Are meals included?
A: No, not all meals are included. Breakfast is included 6 days of your tour, and lunch is included on Monday when we visit Portobello and Caribbean side. We don't want everyone to have the same standard meal choices; there are too many great local restaurants in Panama to try for all tastes.

Q: Is ALL transportation included?
A: Yes, all transportation is included while travelling within Panama. You are responsible for your flight to Panama as well as your airport transfer; however we can arrange a transfer upon request as well for an additional fee.

Q: Do we have to stay together as one group the entire time?
A: Not if you do not want to. We all have different interests, so we do not expect the entire group to want to do the same things the entire time. There is plenty of opportunity for free-time and alternative activities where you may be separated from the guide or the group.

Q: Can we book outside the listed itinerary?
A: Sure, contact us with the dates you have available and we can try to put together another group for that time. If you have a large enough group we can go anytime; however if booking as an individual you may need to be a little more flexible as we cannot operate this tour with just one or two people.

Q: What are the costs for the additional activities?
A: There are too many activities to list, so if you let us know what interests you we are happy to provide you with more information. The optional activities range anywhere from $30 to $130 depending on the excursion.
